Agri-Spread - In field Demo days

by in Blog on 16 February, 2016 with 0 Comments

Agri -Spread Demo Days

We had a very successful day out at the infield Demo Days this February. With our friends from Agri- Spread visiting from Western Australia for a 2 days demo of this piece of intelligent equipment on our local terrain.

On the first day, we visited our friends in Barellan to distribute some lime across their wheat farm. After a discussion and introduction to the technology and modifications this piece of equipment has undergone to suit the terrain in Australia, we were ready to see the test kits in action. It was very impressive to see an equal distribution of Lime of 12meters, and we very confident that this piece of machinery is the best spreader we have seen.

The following day we went onto view how Agri-Spread delivers Gypsum, and again we were very impressed by the equal distribution from the Hydraulic spinners. Overall a great turn out to both events, and thank you to those who came to view the in field demo.

If you would like to find out more about this piece of machinery or receive an information pack, email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Flexi-Coil Air Drills 2016

by in Blog on 18 January, 2016 with 0 Comments

Here at Codemo, we know how important it is to place seed and fertiliser right where you need it, and with Flexi-Coils adjustable, flexible and efficient air drill 5500 this is the perfect solution.

Working closely with the production team at Flexi- Coil we are excited to announce the new 80ft (24.4m) Air drill is soon to be coming to Codemo Machinery. This new development is giving you an extra 10ft of cut and performance on the air drill, whilst keeping a compact transport width using a patented simple folding configuration.

The 5500 consists of two front ranks, which follow the contours of the land at a depth set by the nearby castor assemblies. In addition, the two rear ranks follow the ground on which the press wheels run, these developments allow the 5500 to achieve exact and repeatable sowing depth.

The design minimises stress on the framework while ensuring depth accuracy, a single point depth setting makes it easy to set exact, repeatable seed depth in every field. Choose between 350 trips, 550 trips or hydraulic trips depending on the conditions.
